A little time for an initial call and feedback at one or two points along the way — we handle everything technical.
Rarely. Most of what we need — your address, hours, photos — is already public on Google Maps, so we source it directly from there. If a task ever requires direct access (for example domain or hosting), it’s always a limited role, never your personal password, and only for as long as that specific task takes.
No text to prepare — we write the copy ourselves, start to finish. Photos are the one exception: your own always look more professional, so we recommend using them if you have them — if not, we start with stock and swap them in later.
Yes — once the 18-month plan is complete, the website, the code and the domain become fully yours. Until then, everything is hosted and managed by us as part of your plan. From then on, it’s entirely yours — whatever you decide to do next.
No — it runs for a fixed 18-month term, confirmed in a written agreement. Since there’s no upfront payment for the build, the term is what makes the plan possible. After 18 months, it simply continues month-to-month and you can stop anytime.
Technically, yes — the code is clean and well organised. We wouldn’t recommend it, though: a specialist who knows the code inside out will do it faster and without the risk of breaking something. That’s exactly what your plan is for — changes are already included, which is part of why it runs on a term rather than a one-off fee.
Everything is already covered by your plan — ongoing monitoring, a prompt fix if a problem ever arises, and any changes or updates you need going forward, all included every month. Nothing extra to arrange later.
